Useful Bit is online-only and delivery-only. Delivery is currently available to street addresses in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
How delivery is calculated
Delivery is charged once per order by the total chargeable-weight tier: up to 10 kg, $13; over 10 to 25 kg, $13.50; over 25 to 50 kg, $26.50; over 50 to 75 kg, $40; over 75 kg, $100.
Selected Brother labels qualify for free delivery in labels-only bags. Mixed bags use the normal delivery rules. Current catalogue orders use these tiers automatically. Your bag shows delivery, and checkout confirms the service and total for your address.
Where we deliver
We currently accept delivery addresses in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. ACT, Northern Territory and Tasmania are excluded.
Delivery only
Orders are sent to the accepted Australian delivery address entered at checkout. Customer pickup, click-and-collect, store collection and warehouse collection are not offered.
When same-day dispatch applies
Same-day dispatch is available only for currently available, in-stock items ordered before the applicable business-day cut-off. Eligibility is confirmed during fulfilment. Same-day dispatch is not same-day delivery.
Typical delivery times
For in-stock orders, checkout currently shows an estimated 1–3 business day delivery service. Carrier delays and remote-area conditions can affect the estimate. A backorder has an estimated dispatch time of 7–14 business days before delivery transit; its product page and bag show that status.
