Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Delivery is shown before payment. An order is accepted when Useful Bit confirms it; an automated receipt alone does not override a failed stock, fraud or delivery check.
Delivery area
Useful Bit currently accepts delivery addresses only in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. We do not currently deliver to the Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory or Tasmania. Unsupported addresses cannot proceed to payment.
Delivery-only fulfilment
Useful Bit is an online-only, delivery-only retailer. Orders are delivered to the accepted checkout address; customer pickup, click-and-collect, store collection, local handover and warehouse collection are not available.
Availability and delivery
Stock and delivery are checked before payment where required and may be rechecked during fulfilment. If an item cannot be supplied, Useful Bit will contact you with the available replacement, delay or refund options.
Returns and consumer rights
Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days, unused, complete and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, the customer pays return delivery and original delivery is not refunded. These conditions do not limit Australian Consumer Law rights, and no restocking fee applies to a consumer-guarantee remedy.
