you’re getting.

CyberPower’s CPSURGE08USB-ANZ provides eight Australian AC outlets for home theatre and office electronics. Two USB-A ports share a 5 V/2.4 A charging output. 2750 J surge suppression, 10 A maximum input and a power switch with overload circuit-breaker protection.

Connect it to a suitable Australian wall socket, then keep the combined connected load within the maker’s 10 A rating. The unit uses MOV surge protection, EMI/RFI filtering and separate indicators for surge protection and grounding. Keyhole slots allow suitable wall mounting. It is not a UPS and supplies no battery backup.

276 W × 130 H × 32 D mm and 0.612 kg, with a 2.1 m cord.

For a group of nearby electronics, the board combines AC distribution and low-voltage USB charging at one location. Its two USB ports share their current allowance, so the 2.4 A is not available independently from each port. Separate surge and grounding indicators give visible status information, and keyhole mounting slots allow an appropriate wall installation. The overload breaker and surge components perform different roles from battery backup. Keep the total connected demand within 10 A and do not treat the joule rating as a promise to prevent every possible electrical event.
