The D-Link DWA-192/DSAU adds Wi-Fi 5 connectivity through a computer’s USB 3.0 port. This slim adapter uses a foldable antenna and supports the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless bands.
Its radio ratings are up to 600 Mbps on 2.4 GHz or 1300 Mbps on 5 GHz. AC1900 combines the two band ratings and is not a single-device internet speed; actual performance depends on the router, radio conditions and USB connection.
MU-MIMO support can work with a compatible router, while a WPS button provides a supported connection method. Check the exact hardware revision and available driver for the operating system before installation.
