Two AAA keyboard batteries and one AA mouse battery are supplied. Logitech lists up to 36 months for the keyboard and 18 months for the mouse; actual life depends on use. Wireless range is up to 10 m under suitable conditions. The mouse and receiver do not support Logitech Unifying.
The combination suits a shared work or study surface where a lower-profile keyboard and compact mouse are useful. One nano receiver connects both devices, leaving other USB ports available. The mouse's three-button arrangement includes wheel-click operation, and its optical sensor is rated at 1000 dpi for ordinary pointing tasks. Logitech lists Windows 7, 8, 10 or later and ChromeOS for the receiver, as well as Works with Surface compatibility. Choose this off-white US-layout version when that key arrangement and colour are wanted; it cannot be added to a Unifying receiver setup.
