The Logitech H340 is a wired stereo USB headset for computer calls, online lessons and everyday audio. Its USB-A connection carries sound and microphone input through a compatible host, giving a computer a personal listening and speaking arrangement without Bluetooth pairing or a separate analogue audio lead.
The adjustable headband and lightweight form help position the earcups for the wearer. A boom microphone places speech pickup near the mouth and can be moved out of the way when it is not needed. Microphone noise reduction concerns the captured voice; it does not provide active noise cancellation inside the earcups.
Connect the headset to a suitable USB-A computer socket and select it in the operating system or calling application if required. The attached lead defines the available distance from the host, so check the workstation arrangement before use. A computer without a matching USB-A socket needs a suitable compatible adapter.
The headset suits a desk where a direct wired link is preferred for meetings or study. It needs a supported computer audio arrangement and the appropriate calling or playback software. Software, internet service for online calls and any port adapter are separate requirements. The USB connection provides the operating link rather than storing audio or acting as an independent player.
