Unlike the brand’s bone-conduction neckbands, this model uses 18 × 11 mm dynamic air-conduction drivers. Four microphones handle calls, and touch controls can be customised through the supported app.
Bluetooth 5.2 with AAC and SBC codecs. The earbuds are rated for up to six hours of music, or up to 28 hours with the case, under the maker’s 25 ± 2 °C and 50% volume test. Each earbud weighs 8.7 ± 0.2 g; the case weighs 56.4 ± 2 g.
IP54 applies to the earbuds only; the case has no waterproof rating. Multipoint is off by default and requires activation in the Shokz app. Up to five devices can be remembered, which differs from playing several devices at once. Keep the earbuds dry before charging and verify current app requirements for your phone.
The open-ear arrangement avoids sealing the ear canal, but it should not be treated as a guarantee of awareness in traffic or other noisy surroundings. The case extends the available listening between wall charges rather than increasing the continuous runtime of the earbuds. Multipoint can be enabled for two devices; it is off by default.

App and setup
Disconnect before cleaning. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and gently clean mesh with a dry swab. Do not rinse, use ultrasonic cleaning, alcohol, acetone or abrasive tools. The case has no water-resistance rating; let all parts dry completely before charging.
The earbuds use air-conduction drivers. IP54 applies only to the earbuds, not the case. Multipoint is off by default and is enabled in the Shokz app; up to five devices can be remembered.
