The box contains 12 pencils. Staedtler identifies the wood as coming from certified, sustainably managed forests. A suitable pencil sharpener is needed as the point wears down; the manufacturer recommends its 511 001 tub sharpener or 510 10 metal sharpener, purchased separately.
