Choose the processing blade, dough blade, whisk or an insert in the blade-holding disc for the task. Two speeds and pulse provide control, while the lid interlock prevents operation without correct bowl and lid assembly. Use the food pushers, never fingers, in the feed chute.
Do not blend hot or warm ingredients. The blender limit is two minutes per run; for a heavy 0.5 kg dough load the processor limit is 38 seconds. Wash parts in warm soapy water and handle metal blades by their safe gripping areas.
The interchangeable attachments allow slicing, grating, shredding, whisking and dough preparation using the correct assembled accessory. Storage inside the bowl keeps the processor pieces together between uses. The Plus model's fixed six-blade glass blender is a separate function with its own run-time limit. Ingredient quantities, assembly interlocks and safe handling of sharp inserts remain part of choosing and using the machine.
