Shokz OpenFit 2+ in Grey uses separate air-conduction drivers for low and high frequencies in an open-ear ear-hook design. The earbuds sit outside the ear canal, with physical buttons for common playback and call controls.
A single charge provides up to 11 hours of listening, with up to 48 hours available through case recharges. The case supports USB-C and compatible wireless charging, while Bluetooth 5.4 multipoint supports two paired devices.
The Shokz App provides Dolby Audio, EQ and supported settings. IP55 protection applies to the earbuds only; the charging case is not waterproof. Keep the case and charging contacts dry, and use the headphones for non-water activities.

What’s in the box
Left and right Grey OpenFit 2+ earbuds, charging case, USB-C-to-USB-C cable and instruction documents. Wireless charging pad and USB power adapter are separate.
Compatibility
For supported Bluetooth phones, tablets and computers. Each earbud can be used independently for mono audio or supported calls. The charging case and earbuds must be the matching OpenFit 2+ parts.
App and controls
Use the Shokz App on a supported phone for EQ, Dolby Audio and supported firmware/settings. Physical buttons control common playback and calls. The voice-assistant touch function is off by default and can be enabled in the app; check current phone/app requirements.
Power and charging
Charge the earbuds in the case. The case supports the supplied USB-C cable and a separate compatible wireless charger. The 48-hour figure includes case recharges; it is not continuous listening from one earbud charge.
Care and use
The IP55 rating applies only to the earbuds. Keep the case dry, do not swim or shower with the product, and let all charging contacts dry completely before charging. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and follow the guide’s contact-cleaning instructions.
Warranty and support
Shokz’s Australian policy covers manufacturing defects for 2 years on eligible new genuine products purchased through authorised channels. Keep the purchase receipt and serial number; manufacturer terms apply. Australian Consumer Law rights are additional.
