Shokz OpenSwim Pro in Red combines bone-conduction listening with Bluetooth on land and built-in music playback for swimming. Its physical controls and wraparound open-ear design let you operate it without a touchscreen.
Copy supported audio files from a computer to the 32 GB onboard storage using the supplied four-pin data cable. Switch to stored-audio mode underwater, where Bluetooth does not provide a usable connection.
Listening time is rated for up to nine hours in Bluetooth mode or six hours with stored audio. IP68 protection is tested in fresh water to two metres for up to two hours. Dry the contacts before charging and follow the care instructions after swimming.

Specifications
What’s in the box
Red OpenSwim Pro headphones, four-pin magnetic charging/data cable, swimming earplugs, silicone carrying case and user instructions. USB power adapter is not listed as included.
Underwater compatibility
Use stored-audio/MP3 mode while swimming. Water disrupts Bluetooth, so underwater Bluetooth streaming and calls are not supported. The IP68 figure is a laboratory fresh-water test, and resistance can decrease with wear.
Loading music and software
Connect to a computer using the supplied data cable, copy supported local audio files to the SWIM PRO drive and safely eject it. Bluetooth and the Shokz App cannot transfer music files. Check the guide’s bitrate/sample-rate limits; encrypted or unsupported file variants may not play.
App and controls
On land, pair with a supported Bluetooth source for music and calls. The Shokz App manages supported EQ, mode switching, multipoint and firmware settings. The app does not turn streaming-service offline downloads into compatible local files.
Power and care
Use the dedicated four-pin cable; the older two-pin OpenRun/OpenComm cables are not interchangeable. Follow the guide’s cleaning instructions after swimming and dry the charging contacts completely before charging.
Warranty and support
Shokz’s Australian policy covers manufacturing defects for 2 years on eligible new genuine products purchased through authorised channels. Keep the purchase receipt and serial number; manufacturer terms apply. Australian Consumer Law rights are additional.
