Touch controls handle playback and calls, while four microphones help reduce background noise picked up during conversations. Either earbud can also be used independently.

Compatibility

App and setup

Use the Shokz app for EQ, touch-control customisation and firmware updates. To connect two devices, enable MultiPoint Pairing in the app and follow Connect To The Second Device. Multipoint is disabled by default.

Care and safe use

Switch off and disconnect before cleaning. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; clean the earbud mesh gently with a dry cotton swab. Avoid rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, alcohol, acetone and abrasive tools.

Keep the case dry. Do not swim or immerse the product; allow wet earbuds and accessories to dry completely before use or charging.
